Q : I am a foreigner, how do I buy a landed property in Singapore? Is it easy to get a loan?
A : Foreigners and PR are not eligible to buy landed properties except for in Sentosa. Should they be still keen to buy, they will have to write in to SLA for prior approval to purchase. However, we can help you to get the approval. We will submit a Form A to the Land Dealings (Approval) Unit at No. 8 Shenton Way, #27-02 Temasek Tower. Application forms are to be submitted with income tax assessment statements, professional qualifications, marriage certificate, reasons for acquiring the residential property, and any other relevant supporting documents as required by Form A.

The following are foreigners who may apply:

1. permanent residents of Singapore;
2. foreigners who are of economic benefit to Singapore or who are able to economic contributions to Singapore; and
3. foreigners who possess professional or other qualifications or experience which are of value or benefit to Singapore.
 
Q : Your website doesn't show all floor plans. How do I know if there's better comparison?
A : Due to sizing consideration, we cannot add in all of the floor plans. But we would be most happy to provide you by fax or email if you would like to request for it.
 
Q : I am 60 years old now, do you think I can still buy a condo?
A : Yes you can, but you will have to ask someone else to take up a loan or pay fully by cash. Because bank has a age limitation for loan approval.
 
Q : I am oversea now but I would like to buy a unit for my kid who is going to study in Singapore. How do I proceed?
A : You can basically approach us for a discussion or email/fax us your requirements. We can help you to look for your ideal home and complete all paperworks with your approval. And you don't have to fly over purposely.
 
Q : What's the different between 99 years leasehold and Freehold?
A : 99yrs Leasehold means that you are leasing the place for 99yrs. Freehold means you own the place forever or as far as Singapore's ruling applies.
 
Q : I have 3 houses in the East side to sell, can you help us to transact?

Q : What is the service charges for engaging telokkurau.com's service?
A : The service fee depends on the time and costs needed to transact your house. We will determine and give you a quotation before we start marketing for you. Tentatively it should not be more than 2% of the transacted price.
 
Q : Do you do rental ? And what's the charges?
A : Yes we do. The service fee is normally ½ month's rental. Depends on the time frame to get the house rented out. Speak to our professionals to get a better understanding on the procedure.
 
Q : Does the Home Warranty Plan apply to leasing as well?
A : No, the plan only applies to new or resale residential purchased.
 
Q : How do I know which condo or apartments within 1km from Tao Nan School?
A : Basically those apartments from Lor L to N are all within 1km to Tao Nan.
 
Q : Why is some condos in Marine Parade or Geylang listed in this site. I thought it's only mend for Telok Kurau properties?
