Home Warranty Plan
Offered exclusively to TELOKKURAU.com buyers and sellers, the Home Warranty Plan (HWP)* offers protection against repair or replacement costs on the home's major working components for up to three months during the conveyancing period for seller, and one to three years for the purchaser. There are unique benefits to the plan:

• Greater peace of mind for buyers and sellers, knowing that someone is looking after their interests;
• All repairs made are covered for at least one year period;
• If repairs cannot be done, we will have the faulty components replaced.

The HWP covers breakdowns on any of the following:

Plumbing fixtures Plumbing systems Interior electrical system Water heater Exposed duct works

Air conditioning Built-in appliances

Deposit Guarantee Plan
Given free to buyers of HDB resale flats or private (wholly) residential properties, the Plan guarantees buyers the return of their deposit by as much as $5,000. Thus, in the event that the seller is an undischarged bankrupt and is unable to refund the deposit money to the buyer after the purchase is aborted, we will guarantee the return of the buyer's deposit money which has been paid to the seller, up to a maximum of *$5,000. Buyers who choose to buy their abovementioned properties through us enjoy greater peace of mind, as their interests are being looked after.
